Our Story
CJS Landscapes is a family-run grounds maintenance and landscaping contractor, established over 25 years ago and based near Arundel in West Sussex. What began as a small local operation has grown into a trusted contractor for commercial, residential and public sector clients across Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire — without losing the responsiveness and attention to detail of a family business.
Today our field teams deliver scheduled grounds care, lawn and turf treatment programmes, and landscaping projects under structured, compliant contracts. Every visit is logged through our site monitoring platform, giving property managers and site owners a clear record of the work carried out and when.
We work with local authorities, facilities managers, managing agents and private estate owners who need a contractor they can rely on to turn up, do the job to specification, and account for it properly.
